TRANSFORMATION - Develop the necessary administrative infrastructure to follow His vision for transformation.

COACHING - Prayerfully coach, counsel and teach the Spiritual Fathers and Serving Saints through the "TRANSFORMATION Ministry" process.

PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE:
For Our Founder Sis/Dr. Donnalakshmi Selvaraj

*  Human Resources (HR) Staff Management position at Fortune 500 Company.

*  HR Generalist background including recruitment; compensation; HR Payroll/Personnel Management Information Systems; management/employee conflict resolution; training and development for executives, middle management and staff; and a specialization in Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action administration.

    *  Privileged and blessed to be part of a Transformational HR Management Team to introduce participative management theories (i.e. Theory Z) to compete for the Malcolm Baldrige award, which denotes a role-model organization with excellence in customer service, organizational learning and development with demonstrated efficient and effective operations.

      *  Experienced in coaching, counseling and training/teaching executives, middle management and staff.

        *  Team Facilitation experience and skills.

          *  Civil Service administrative management experience with personnel, budgets (i.e. multi-million dollar), contracts and program management and development.

            *  Call Center management with the development of administrative procedures and processes.

              SPIRIT-FILLED EXPERIENCE:

              *  Serving various Servant Leadership nationally and internationally to  transform their current Church culture.

                *  Led of God’s Holy Spirit to serve, study-with and assist Spirit-filled men in understanding how to bring “God’s Kingdom to EARTH as it is in HEAVEN.”

                  *  Develop the administrative infrastructure for new and existing ministries.

                    *  Labored in a Correctional Department to understand unclean and demonic spirit attachment.

                      EDUCATION:

                      *  Bachelor of Business Administration degree, National University, San Diego, CA (1996).

                        *  Spirit-led to complete a Masters of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Development at 43 years of age, from California State University, Sacramento, CA  (1999).

                          *  Spirit-led to complete a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Trinity School of Apologetics and Theology, Kerala, India (February 2010).

                            SERVING JESUS:

                            *  Lost up until 1991 and allowed to be found by the Lord Jesus in 1991. I have stayed in His presence through powerful prayer so that HE can remain my Lord and Savior.

                              *  Started serving in Spirit-led management and leadership development at the Center of Praise Ministries International since 1999.

                                *  Received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues in 2003.

                                  *  Prayerfully and actively participates in various ministries such as Prayer, Preserve American Liberty, Prophetic and Healing/Deliverance Ministries.

                                    *  PROPHETIC VISION to develop ministry and business planners, brochures, websites, business cards, teaching materials, books, television scripts, radio formats, administrative support material, programs, conferences and special projects for the Saints since 1999.

                                      *  Received a Prophetic Vision of an American Revival in the City of Sacramento and have prayerfully presented it to several Pastors.

                                        *  Water Baptism on March 10, 2007 at the Center of Praise Ministries Intl. as a bride receiving her groom — AMEN!!!

                                          *  2007: Believing the Lord is increasing and expanding my territory and erasing any boundaries while He keeps His hand upon me to reach the nation of God’s people to help prepare the Bride of Christ to receive Her Soon-Coming Groom - AMEN!!!

                                            *  2010:  Completed Doctorate of Ministry thesis, which is a 3-part Ministry book titled, “Protocol Of The Palace,” www.protocolofthepalace.com.

                                              *  Book 1 is to introduce a new Management Theory (i.e. Theory HS/Holy Spirit) for the Church; Book 2 is to introduce a Human Resources reference book for the Church to deal with issues when “humans” work together (smiley smile).  Book 3 is an E-Z to use planner to “organize” your efforts to develop Church Team Ministries and/or businesses.  There is also a BONUS section in the back of the book with a “fill in” template to assist in writing business and/or grant development plans.  An E-Z to use “pro forma income statement” is also included - ENJOY!!!
